Slow to deliver. They make you wait indefinitely and don't allow you to cancel even after the order has been delayed. Customer service is nothing but a bunch of people who have no power to do anything. Stick with a company like $#*!'s who at least attempt to satisfy their customers.
I was lucky enough to get a pair for myself at 50$ (discount season) and God. I never thought that those could be so comfortable. I used to think that these brand shoes are overpriced and that the Chinese alternatives aren't any worse but I was so wrong. Recommend!

First off I live in Canada, why the heck is my order always shipping from the Netherlands? It adds significant delays as well as too many touches from couriers.
Reason why I state too many couriers touched my parcel is because upon receipt it was opened on both sides of the bag and my order was tampered with. All that was holding my order was one piece of tape down the middle. Now I have to fight to get reimbursed. Either you switch up your courier or you ship out discreetly without any logos on the packaging. 2nd time this has happened in the past several months. Cant say my experience online with them is satisfactory anymore. Your 20% coupon on my next order doesn't resolve a big problem you have with your shipping.
I made an order and had a little issue and also couple of other questions. I entered the Live Chat on nike.com and Ronald was servicing me. He was amazing, very polite, answered all my questions very quickly, resolved the issue, very nice. Amazing customer service, I am very happy and awaiting for my Air Force 1's ????????????
Don't know what's going on with Nike. - ordered a pair of trainers - size 9! Then they were cancelled a few days later because the size was now unavailable, a few days after that I go online and check and the size is now back in stock on their website. Why did they not just wait a few days and then send them or offer me the trainers once they came back in. The deliver date was the 1st anyway.
I bought a pair of Penny hardawys that are fading I only had them a week and only wore them once
I am very unhappy...
I live in Spain and ordered 7 pairs of fleece jogging pants for myself from Nike's Spanish website.
4 pairs of these, after a couple of washes shrunk and the color bled on 2 out of those. They were never even in a dryer. Line dried each time.
I contacted Nike customer service and they told me to return them for a refund 3 weeks ago. I did so immediately.
The package took one business day to arrive back to Nike's warehouse. Contacted customer service 5 or 6 times afterwards.
Sent them all the documents they requested (proof of delivery, order number etc.).
Customer service is absolute trash. Every single agent I spoke to repeated the same scripted lines after complaining that it's been 3 weeks.
I might as well have been speaking to a robot. They kept saying that a supervisor has to look at the case. What case? The clothes were defective and I returned them, end of story.
They refused to let me talk to a supervisor each time. They just outright lie to you. They say a supervisor will contact you in the coming days. No one has contacted me. They're just apathetic, disengaged robots.
Guys, Nike or any other big company outsources all customer service to contact centres to parts of the world where wages and the standard of living are low. I used to work for one of these when I was in college as a summer job. The contact centres have contracts with various brands to take care of their customer service. The employee works for the contact center, NOT the company you are contacting.
One week you're doing customer service for Nike, the next week, if the center wishes, you're doing service for an internet company etc. The employees don't care whatsoever about any brand or their customers. They're just drones shuffled from department to department and payed minimum wage with constant supervision and long hours.
I was loyal to Nike, and usually received quality products from them. This will be my last purchase ever with them.
Guys, they don't need to please the customers.
If the stockholders are happy, it doesn't matter what the customer thinks. Bye bye Nike! Dumping my Nike stock as well. Good riddance.
Like others I have won the travis scott 6’s just to not get nothing, ive been calling back to back just to get no answer and when I ask for a day when fedex picked up the package they say they dont have any. NIKE WAREHOUSE IS A JOKE!!!!! Almost 2 weeks and I have not got no information on the shoe.
I have been a loyal supporter of your products for years but when the company allows something that conflicts with there customers beliefs and morals that’s when I have to drop them. Nike Air Max 97 by Lil Nas supposedly contains a drop of human blood, why during a time of COVID this was allowed. The company has lost its way and I’m sorry to say that me and my family will no longer support a company that has no morals.
This is the WORST customer experience I have ever had. The Nike website did not work so I called and wasted 20 minutes on the line with an agent who made me repeat EVERYTHING several times, the result - the same error code. Totally incompetent!
I ordered from the Nike store and shein in on the same day, and shein flew from China and was delivered a week earlier before Nike even shipped my package. And even after they shipped it, it’s still late by 3 days (and counting) and “shipping”
I've had one bad experience but the last one was it. Had to cancel multiple orders, after the first order went to a wrong shipping address. Somehow it automatically signed me into an old acct with an old address - when i paid via paypal, paypal told me i'd be able to 'change the address' before checking out at nike.com. I clicked on next, and then it just confirmed my order. So i canceled it bc i couldn't change the address after calling. Then i got a notice saying 'your order was not canceled'. So i called. They couldn't find the order. The order confirmation went to a different email - not sure why because it wasn't the email i used for the order. The nike integration with Paypal or 3rd parties is really clumsy and not user friendly. You should be able to call and change shipping address (like any other site) without having to re-do the order. The order should go to the actual email you ordered it from. You should get a confirmation of order cancellation. Most of all, it should NOT take me 63 minutes to order a pair of $100 shoes online. I should not have to contact customer service twice. I get it - Nike is so loaded they don't have to provide an excellent online experience - but it really would be nice. I once ordered from Nike a yr ago and couldn't remember why I didn't again - it was because in that order, they wouldn't even deliver it to my house because I wasn't home and delivered it to some random UPS drop off point which was closed when i got home from work - so the item was automatically sent back to Nike. I can't with them anymore. If it's not avail with another vendor, I'm just not meant to have the item. Nothing is worth their online experience.
Disgusting that y’all support this “demonic release ” lil nas x shoe . I personally loved Nike and what you stood for but this is just pitiful and blasphemy. I know of no one that is willing to continue to support this. Shame on you . All money isn’t good money. This is too far this is completely wrong.
I bought some shoe and they gave me some used shoes. Like wow. I paid a 170.00$ for some used shoes. I can’t believe this. And told me it’s nothing they can do for me.
